A new dessert at Riad Dar Chacha: Raïb with strawberry and orange cream

Fatima surprised me again last week with a delicious novelty. I have to admit it was an easy sale for Fatima as she know I love the traditional home-made Raïb from the Medina of Marrakech; it is a local yogurt we provide every morning to our customers.

But this time Fatima decided to innovate and added a home-prepared cream of oranges, and topped with a strawberry and a bit of mint and the overall taste became just amazing. Simplicity, flavour, home-cooked and simply delicious
